Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains which personal data Movali processes when you visit movali.be or contact us, why we do so, and which rights you have. We keep it short, because we collect very little.
Who we are
Movali is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy.
Movali BV · VAT BE 1023.183.318 · Pachtersstraat 115, 9500 Geraardsbergen, Belgium
For any question about privacy, contact us at mozes@movali.be.
What we collect
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data that is needed to deliver the website securely: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. We do not use this data to identify you.
When you contact us by email or through LinkedIn, we process the data you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly process, special categories of personal data.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not store information in your browser to follow you. Fonts are served from our own website, not from a third party. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.
Should this change, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Why we process your data
To run, secure and improve this website, based on our legitimate interest in offering a reliable and safe website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To answer your message and follow up on it, based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us operate, such as our hosting provider and our email provider, who process it on our behalf and under our instructions.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
This website links to LinkedIn and atelier64.eu. Those websites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
How long we keep it
Technical server data is kept only for the short period our hosting provider needs for security and operation.
Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or we work together.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email mozes@movali.be. We respond within one month.
If you believe we do not handle your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
